Tree Planting

In Bathurst, there are many chances to get involved in community tree planting.

Bathurst Regional Council hosts a monthly community tree planting session that is open to everyone and is a popular activity for young families. This is advertised on the Sustainable Bathurst Facebook page. Charles Sturt University also hosts at least two tree planting days on Campus each year that is open to staff and students, and run by the University's sustainability sector.
